2 An investigation will be conducted by TÜV AUSTRIA JORDAN into the complaint.
3 If the complaint is proven valid, the appropriate corrective action will be taken and the complainant will be contacted.

Appeal

1 To submit an appeal, please complete the following form (click here).
2 An investigation into the appeal will be conducted according to the department's internal procedures.
3 If the appeal is proven valid, the appropriate corrective action will be taken, and the appellant will be notified of the results.
